Ugo attended the University of Nigeria, Nsukka where he was awarded an LLB degree. In addition, he also obtained Barrister at Law from the Nigerian Law School before proceeding to the Vanderbilt University School of Law, USA. At Vanderbilt, Ugo obtained a JD (Juris Doctorate) and was on the Dean’s list of the University.
He also obtained a Certificate in Financial Modelling and Petroleum Project Economics at IHRDC (International Human Resources Development Corporation) Boston, USA.
He has had his working career with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA); Foundation Trust, Lagos; Lord, Bissel & Brook, Atlanta Georgia, USA and Good Works International, LLC, Atlanta Georgia, USA.
Ugo is President of SunTrust, was Country Director of GWI Ventures Nigeria Limited and is currently undergoing course work at the Harvard Business School under the auspices of the owner/president/management program (OPM).
Ugo brings a wealth of local and international experience to leadership of Diro Systems.
Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director
A Chartered IT Professional Member of the British Computer Society, Patrick is a seasoned professional in the field. With a B. Sc. (Pure and Industrial Chemistry) from University of Nigeria followed by M. Sc. (Computing) studies at University of North London, Patrick joined Penta Housing Limited in 1997 as IT Project Co-ordinator.
Over 11 years, Patrick led the IT revolution at the organisation through its growth into Adepta, a strong regional brand in the UK. Over those exciting years, Patrick built and deployed state of the art technology along with a first class IT team enabling the organisation to grow from the £2.5m turnover small business to a £33m turnover medium sized enterprise.
A Prince 2 certified Project Manager and an ITIL qualified Service Delivery expert, Patrick left Adepta in 2008 to start Diro Systems UK Limited and eventually in 2009 started Diro Systems Nigeria Limited.
Technical Director (Information Systems)
With a (B.Engr) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Chuks started his IT career in 1999 when he joined Centrica UK as a consultant Software QA analyst. Also with a strong background in systems integration became the lead analyst for the Centrica Home movers system responsible for identifying business needs and determining and delivering IT solutions which included development of new systems components and integrating various standard application protocol interfaces.
In 2001, Chuks started consulting for UNISON, the biggest trade union in the United Kingdom as a IT Systems consultant and for over 12 years has led different project teams to successfully deliver a wide range of system upgrades and integration projects mainly based on complex core membership system with equally complex input and output interfaces.
With a vast knowledge and experience on working within a mixed hardware, middleware and database (Oracle, SQL, DB2), technologies environment, Chuks has established his competence in systems integration and delivery.
Technical Director (Infrastructure)
Emeka has an IT and communications services background that started in the early 1990’s. With a B.Sc (Computer Science) from the university of Nigeria Nsukka, and an M.Sc (Computer Networks & communications), from the University of Westminster UK, Emeka started consulting in 1999, when he became lead audit engineer and Model office Coordinator for the successful TFL BSRP (Business system replacement project).
In 2000 Emeka Joined Schlumberger Network solutions as the Lead Technical Analyst assigned to the Petro – Canada and Eni Lasmo outsource contracts, responsible for the management and successfully delivery and support of the IBU Wintel and Enterprise Messaging platform.
Emeka shifted his Technology focus in 2007 to the Education sector where he has designed and implemented innovative solutions for schools and academies within the London area. In 2008 he started consulting to the Harris Federation Group of academies, which are the most successful groups of academies in the UK, providing High Level Technical leadership and delivering successful Infrastructure refresh projects, including the brand new state of the Art Harris Academy Falconwood in 2011, and the innovative and exciting HarrisNet Cloud.
His breath of experience has seen him provide extensive advice to a number of companies in the Technology, Oil & Gas, Financial, Transport, Public and Education sector.
