The Diro Journey.


Founded in 2008 in London, Diro had one mission:

to set your business free using technology as an enabler“.


Registered for Business in the UK and signed our first clients: Retail Trust and Partners in Support. Signed up key partnerships with Microsoft, HP, ZenithInfo Tech.


Registered for Business in the Nigeria. Carried out feasibility studies. Continued growth in the UK. Successfully delivered the UK Government’s “Get Connected” projects.


Despite a global financial crisis, growth was steady for us as we continued to add and deliver successfully for more client as we refined our plans for the Nigeria business.



Opened our doors in Lagos with a competently constituted board of directors. Registered with the Oil and Gas as well as the financial services industries.


Signed 3 year contract with Shell to develop and manage a local content initiative The Global Nigeria Forum. Delivered IT training for Total and IT Procurement Services for Pillar Oil and Union Bank.


Continued growth with more clients added including Diamond Bank, Seadrill, NSIA, Africa Internet Group amongst others. More partnerships signed with Huawei, IBM, Citrix, VMWare.


Became Huawei Silver Partners in Nigeria. Delivered the first ever Huawei Intelligent Video Surveillance system in Nigeria. We also carried out a major infrastructure upgrade on a rig for Seadrill.


The highlights of a very busy year saw us deliver core network improvements as well as campus wide wifi to Bloombreed School in Port-Harcourt. In addition, we migrated the school systems to a Windows 10 environment and implemented Office 365 Education. Our IT team also delivered a network optimization solution (Huawei DWDM) for Fidelity Bank.  We finished the year with a second command center for DIamond Bank’s Intelligent Video Surveillance system.


Delivered a Voice Logger solution to every branch of Union Bank Nigeria. Curated Union Bank at 100 events. Began maintenance services for Access Bank branches across Nigeria.


Migrated all offices of the National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) to Microsoft Office 365. Implemented CCTV Services at NCDC HQ and National Reference Laboratory in Abuja.


Supported Nigeria’s national response to the pandemic working with the NCDC.
